Shrimp or Chicken Avocado Spinach Salad

Your choice of succulent Shrimp or seasoned Chicken, with fresh sliced Avocado, thinly shaved Red Onions and diced Red Tomato over a bed of fresh Baby Spinach Leaves, tossed in Basil-Pesto Dressing.
